I took his gnocchi class and left not only full from the all gnocchi we made (and ate) along with the sauces to pair, but with a fun memory with my partner and a few new tricks I’ll actually use in the kitchen.


He kept instructions clear and easy to follow, weaving in tips that apply to more than just gnocchi. Things like how to choose the right ingredients, where to find quality produce, and simple techniques that make a real difference. It was the kind of insight that goes a long way.
